Make-Your-Own-Chocolate Workshop

What better way to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, the first day of Spring, and International Day of Happiness (all in the same week) than to learn how to make your own chocolates?  And what better teacher to lead this experience than the charismatic owner of The Perfect Truffle, Randy Olmstead?

Space is quite limited for this boutique learning experience so sign up quickly. The night will include a lesson about the history of chocolate, a chocolate tasting, followed by each participant creating their own personal box of 15 chocolates to take home and share with no one!  (wink)  This is going to be so much fun!  PS – And how can you have chocolate without a little champagne?
