Sponsorship Opportunities

 

Now in its 9th year, Soles of Love in the Garden is our highly anticipated signature charity event. We are pleased to announce that this year’s gathering will be held at the newly renovated property of our founder, Julie Gaver, at Meadow Branch Farm in Myersville, MD. Come and be part of a relaxing evening of friendship, conversation, music, and community while meandering through the Gavers’ serene country property.

 

Guests are asked to donate all the new children’s shoes their heart will allow which are distributed throughout Frederick and Washington Counties. The theme this year is based on the beloved story “The Secret Garden.” In the words of Author Frances Hodgson Burnett, “And the secret garden bloomed and bloomed and bloomed and every morning revealed new miracles.”  Our theme this year celebrates miracles that bloom when we are in community with one another and care for those in need.

 

Attendees are invited to wear anything floral to symbolize every child’s right to bloom.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPONSORSHIP
A confirmation of receipt of approved sponsorship pledge(s) will be sent to you via e-mail. Please be sure to provide a valid e-mail address for the primary contact that will be coordinating your sponsorship. If you do not receive a response from the MLS within two weeks of submission, please call Julie at 301-293-4195.

 

A limited number of sponsorships are available and are processed on a first-received, first-confirmed basis. All sponsorships must be paid in full with pledge form submission. Sponsorship will be considered forfeited if payment is not received.

 

Benefits not utilized by the sponsor may not be traded for other benefits, deducted from committed monetary sponsorship, nor refunded. Use of sponsorship benefits is the sole responsibility of the sponsor.
Current logos and website links should be sent no later than one (2) weeks upon receipt of sponsorship confirmation. Please send your logo EPS (vector-based graphics) format to julie@juliegaver.com

 

Ads (in pdf format) for the event program must be received four (4) weeks prior to the events. Email to julie@juliegaver.com, with the subject line “MLS Event Program Ad.”

 

Sponsors are responsible for registering their company’s participants by the registration deadline date for each event by submitting a list to julie@juliegaver.com with the subject line “MLS Sponsor registration for ______________[indicate event].”
